We are looking for temporary missions in addictology / harm reduction for:

Specialized nurse in addictology/psychiatry

As a nurse, you intervene with a population in a situation of great vulnerability, presenting addiction issues often associated with complex somatic, psychic and social disorders. You contribute to global care, centered on harm reduction, stabilization and maintaining the connection.

Your mission:

• Ensure nursing care (technical and relational)
• Participate in the assessment of health situations and the orientation of beneficiaries
• Manage and monitor drug treatments
• Intervene in a harm reduction and damage approach
• Welcome and accompany beneficiaries in a benevolent and non-judgmental framework
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Manage complex and crisis situations with professionalism

Required skills:

• Personalized and adapted to the specific needs of patients.
• Respond to patient requests
• Autonomy

Your profile:

• Nursing diploma recognized in Switzerland
• Experience in addictology or emergencies or psychiatry
• Manage complex and crisis situations with professionalism
• Ability to evolve in a demanding environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of listening
• Autonomy, adaptability and resistance to stress
• Holder of AFGSU 1 and 2 or Swiss BLS certificate
