Your mission with us

You take responsibility for locking and door systems (incl. programming)
You coordinate external service providers and third-party tradespeople
You organize maintenance, upkeep, and repair work on buildings and technical systems
You ensure the care and maintenance of the infrastructure as well as the surroundings
You plan and coordinate transports as well as cleaning and special works
You process technical tickets and manage the central warehouse

Your qualities that inspire us

You have training in the technical field or in Facility Management
You bring sound knowledge in building technology
You have experience in maintenance, upkeep, and repair work
You work independently and in a structured manner
You bring strong problem-solving skills as well as a good technical understanding
You convince through your organizational talent as well as your responsible and reliable manner
You are willing to undertake assignments outside of regular working hours as part of an on-call service
