For our client in the canton of Basel-Stadt, we are looking for an immediate:

Accounts Receivable Clerk (m/f/d) – temporary for 3–6 months

• Cleaning up and updating the accounts receivable master data
• Direct contact with customers regarding open questions
• Reconciliation of open items and bank statements
• Joint clarification of differences with the customers
• Examination of service contracts
• Ensuring correct and complete data maintenance in the system
• Support with further administrative tasks in the accounts receivable area

What distinguishes you:

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in the accounts receivable area or in Customer Service
• Flawless German skills in speaking and writing
• French language skills are an advantage
• Good IT user knowledge and confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Careful, structured, and reliable way of working
• Communication strength and enjoyment of direct customer contact
