As part of the development of its services, the company Crans-Montana Food & Beverage SA, is looking for:

Restaurant Manager (M/F) - 80% CDI

YOUR MISSION:

• Manage all restaurant operations to ensure its smooth running
• Participate in recruitment, train and supervise staff to maintain a high-quality service
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints
• Manage financial aspects, including budgets, costs and turnover objectives

YOUR PROFILE:

• Solid experience in restaurant management, with similar responsibilities
• Leadership, personnel management and customer service skills
• Experience in budget management and cost optimization
• Ability to motivate and unite a team around the restaurant's objectives
• Mastery of French; another language, such as English, is a plus
