At the interface of medical-care, technical and administrative teams, you guarantee the monitoring of institutional processes related to medical devices, quality registers and risk management. You play a key role in administrative coordination, data analysis, indicator monitoring and the steering of continuous improvement actions. Your main responsibilities: * Coordinate all activities related to materiovigilance within the institution and be the main interlocutor with suppliers and competent authorities * Guarantee regulatory declarations to the competent authorities * Ensure the follow-up of non-conformities related to medical devices and operating room processes * Participate in audits and inspections * Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at the quality, safety and performance of operating processes and technical platforms * Train and support employees SKILLS -- REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS * Certifying training in the health field or a title deemed equivalent * Having confirmed professional experience in an operating room or technical platform environment * Additional training in quality management, risk management or patient safety (CAS, DAS) an asset * Excellent analysis, synthesis and writing skills * Excellent mastery of IT tools and platforms, databases and reporting tools * Sense of organization, rigor and autonomy WE OFFER * A transversal position with high impact * The opportunity to contribute to the development of care quality and patient safety * A varied function, between coordination, analysis and project management * A stimulating environment promoting innovation and collaboration * A salary according to the scale of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV) * Excellent social benefits * Main place of activity: Yverdon START DATE: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE Further information can be obtained from Madame Laura Bochud, Responsable qualité et sécurité des soins, +.
