Job description
You love children, chaos with system, and can recognize with a single glance whether a child is hungry, tired, or in the middle of secretly conjuring a work of art onto the wall? Then we have exactly the right thing for you! Who we are We are Kita Rondolino - a new, modern, cheerful Kita, where children toddle through life with curious eyes and adults sometimes marvel at how much color actually fits into two small hands. Kita Rondolino was opened on October 1, 2023 and offers 42 childcare places for children from the age of 3 months to preschool age. Our little Kita universe consists of three groups: Group Pluto: 3 months to approx. 1.5 years Group Neptun: approx. 1.5 years to approx. 3 years Group Merkur: approx. 3 years to and including preschool age Your mission You are our Rondolino all-round talent! As an all-round talent and floater in a 40% additional position, you travel through all three groups - and that is exactly why we love your flexibility. Today you might be with the youngest, tomorrow in the middle of the painting studio, and the day after tomorrow where two additional hands, a calm head, or simply a portion of good mood are currently needed. Which days you will be working with us, we will discuss together.

You accompany the children through their day: playing, laughing, comforting, cheering, promoting and discovering together.
You jump in flexibly across all three groups and feel comfortable even when your workday does not look the same every morning.
You provide structure - even when it feels like three children want something from you at the same time.
You design activities that are fun - and ideally do not end in a sugar-glitter whirlwind.
You support our team where your helping hands are currently needed.
You actively participate in group activities and are open to adjusting to different children, teams and situations.
And of course: You rock our painting studio and our forest days with us!
What you bring

A completed training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung EFZ in the field of childcare or an equivalent, recognized qualification in Switzerland.
Good German language skills.
Good humor and the ability to remain calm even in the bustle.
Joy in crafting, painting, discovering - and in seeing small personalities grow up.
A heart large enough for children's laughter, temper tantrums and teamwork.
A high sense of quality.
You live honesty, openness and a constructive feedback culture - just like us!
