Part-time job as Security Service Employee in Luzern

Die Taktvoll Sicherheitskultur is headquartered in Bern and has also been active in Luzern for two years. We support clubs, organizers, and cultural businesses in developing a holistic security culture. Our approach: clear, professional, and as de-escalating as possible.

What you do

• Assignments in nightlife, at cultural events & festivals
• Admission, guest assistance & presence on site
• Recognizing & de-escalating conflicts
• Supporting visitors in difficult situations
• Cooperation with organizers & venues

What you bring

• Confident appearance, reliability & teamwork
• Willingness for 4-6 night shifts per month
• Impeccable criminal record
• No previous knowledge necessary - we will train you
