Social Insurance Specialist

Procap is the largest Swiss mutual aid organization for people with disabilities. It notably provides social insurance counseling throughout Switzerland.

To strengthen our social insurance counseling center in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

Social Insurance Specialist (60 %)

Start date: 1st February 2027 or date to be agreed

Your mission

You advise and support our members from the cantons of Vaud, Valais and Geneva in their social insurance procedures. In this context, you analyze sometimes complex situations and contribute concretely to the defense of their rights.

Your main tasks:

advise our members in the field of social insurance;

represent them by mandate within the framework of administrative procedures;

analyze decisions and draft contestation documents;

maintain and develop contacts with administrations and partner organizations;

ensure the administrative follow-up of the files entrusted to you.

Your profile
You benefit from:

a specialist certificate in social insurance, a HES Bachelor's in social work supplemented by training in social insurance law (CAS or equivalent qualification) or training deemed equivalent;

very good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system;

excellent writing skills and, ideally, experience in drafting contestation documents;

a good capacity for analysis and synthesis, including when facing complex situations;

the ability to manage priorities and respect the deadlines inherent to procedures;

proficiency in supporting people facing complex situations;

a good command of standard IT tools.
