Missions #####

• Establish and manage a maintenance, renovation and transformation plan for the buildings of the 4 sites of the service
• Manage maintenance contracts and ensure their update
• Contribute to the implementation of audits and implement recommendations with a view to optimizing resources
• Fulfill the role of safety delegate and ensure the compliance of security, prevention and evacuation measures
• Contribute to the development of electromobility of the Lausanne mobility plan and perform the technical monitoring of the City's bicycle pool

Profile #####

• Federal diploma in the field of building or a title deemed equivalent
• Recognized training in safety, an asset
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the field of building with team management
• Experience in the supervision and support of works, an asset
• Solid knowledge in the maintenance of installations
• Ability to organize and prioritize activities effectively
• Ability to take initiatives, to analyze and synthesize information
