Casa Depuoz is a social institution in the service of children, adolescents and adults with special learning and care needs. In our residential home for adults, we care for and accompany around 45 residents in five residential groups in Trun and in our Soldanella residential home in Sedrun as well as in our ateliers.

Team Leader Adult Day Structure, 80%

Area of responsibility:

• Leadership, planning and organization of the day structure, in which all residents of the various residential groups can participate
• Leadership, planning and organization of the care team: 5 employees of the day structure
• Shaping of everyday life according to recognized socio-pedagogical and nursing principles
• Cooperation with all employees involved in the development process
• Accompanying and promoting interns and trainees
• Participation in the committee of the adult team leaders (5 residential groups, night watch, 1 activity group, incl. Soldanella Sedrun residential home)
• Participation in group- and area-crossing center activities

We expect:

• Completed training in the field of socio-pedagogy, FaBe or nursing and professional experience including completed further training as Team Leader or the willingness to complete this further training
• Motivation in dealing with and appreciation towards persons with a disability
• Corresponding action competence - leadership skills, organizational skill as well as structured thinking
• Personal resilience and flexibility
• Team and conflict competence
• Creativity, manual dexterity as well as openness to new things
