About the role

As a Management Assistant, you will directly support the partners in the administrative, operational, and regulatory management of client files. You will play a key role in the daily monitoring of portfolios.

We offer you a position at an 80% activity rate as part of a 6-month Try & Hire opportunity, leading to permanent employment.

Tasks
-------

This versatile position combines tasks of administrative management, monitoring market operations, invoicing, and regulatory compliance within a family office.

• Ensure daily consolidation (exchange rates, stock prices, file imports)
• Enter and monitor stock market orders according to the partners' directives
• Update and monitor the CRM as well as the PMS (Efficience)
• Manage invoicing and the entry of monthly and quarterly management fees
• Perform compliance monitoring and LEFIN regulation
• Control and update clients' banking documents
• Prepare files and organize the reception of clients during their visits

We are looking for

• Successful initial experience as a wealth management assistant in Switzerland
• Operational knowledge in wealth management and regulatory compliance
• Fluent mastery of French and English (C1 level)

An asset if you possess

• Mastery of the PMS Efficience software
