On behalf of our partner, an industrial company located in the canton of Fribourg, we are actively looking for an HRBP at 80%. This organization values taking initiative and the human support of employees, and wishes to evolve committed individuals within a cohesive team.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You accompany line managers in managing their teams by providing close HR support, in phase with field realities
• You advise and support managers and employees on questions related to labor relations, professional development, and talent management
• You manage sensitive situations with professionalism, discernment, and a sense of responsibility
• You also take charge of the recruitment processes for your scope, from identifying needs to integrating new talents
• You actively contribute to cross-functional HR projects and to the continuous improvement of HR practices and processes

You offer your new employer

• You have solid experience in a similar position as an HR advisor to managers
• You hold the Brevet de Spécialiste RH or an equivalent diploma
• Your first language is French, with very good knowledge of German for oral expression
• You are proactive and empathetic, with excellent listening and decision-making skills
• You have very good knowledge of labor laws in Switzerland
