Procap Suisse is the largest mutual aid and member organization for people with disabilities in Switzerland. As part of an exclusive mandate, we are looking for an analytical, proactive, and digitally savvy person, starting immediately or by agreement, who will contribute to shaping the financial domain and actively advancing the development of management controlling. In this newly created or developed role, you will play a central role in implementing modern FP&A, reporting, and steering tools, thereby making a significant contribution to the sustainable financial management of the organization.

Your tasks ##

This exciting function offers the opportunity to actively participate in the design of modern management controlling approaches in a versatile NPO environment with a familial and rewarding corporate culture. You will actively drive the transformation of existing management controlling towards a modern and steering-oriented FP&A environment. Furthermore, you will continually develop management reporting, indicators, dashboards, forecasts, and planning tools, thus creating solid bases for economic decisions. You will perform variance analyses, budget vs. actual, and derive concrete recommendations, while actively participating in the budgeting and forecasting process.

A another important axis is the implementation and development of cost calculation as a financial steering instrument. You will analyze financial and operational indicators, assume a business partner role for defined organizational units, and advise managers on economic issues.

In addition, you will ensure reporting to the Office fédéral des assurances sociales (OFAS), cantons, and other public funders, and drive its continuous optimization. You will prepare financial and performance data, accompany closing work, and support internal and external stakeholders on reporting and accounting issues. As part of the digital transformation, you will actively participate in the automation and development of controlling, planning, and reporting processes, support the introduction of modern FP&A, BI, and reporting tools, and assume responsibility as a power user in corresponding projects.

Your profile ##

For this position, we are looking for an analytical, digitally savvy, and solution-oriented person who loves numbers, processes, and change:

• Education or continuing education (e.g., federal certificate) and experience in finance and accounting with 2-3 years of professional experience in management controlling, FP&A, or finance
• Good knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis, notably very good Excel skills as well as a strong affinity for numbers, data, and IT
• Experience with ERP, BI, reporting, or planning systems; knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV or Business Central is an asset
• Experience in change or digitalization projects, for example during the introduction of reporting, MIS, or cost calculation systems
• Pronounced analytical capacity and pleasure in questioning and developing processes critically
• High social competence as well as personal initiative, networked thinking, and team spirit
• Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of French orally and in writing is an asset
