The Carlton Restaurant & Bar on Zurich's Bahnhofstrasse combines high-end culinary arts and comfort. In our elegant boutique restaurant, we serve GaultMillau award-winning dishes, while innovative cocktails are mixed at the bar and over 900 selections await our guests in the in-house wine cellar.

Your Mission

• Warm guest reception and care
• Creating and preparing cocktails
• Serving cocktails and food
• Mise en place and cleaning work

Your Strengths

• Passionate mixologist with sound bar know-how
• Several years of service knowledge and enjoyment of guest contact
• Charming, friendly personality with a well-groomed appearance
• Reliable and independent way of working
• Very good German and English skills
