Group Leader Schulergänzende Betreuung Hegifeld (76 %), fixed-term

We are looking for you as a Group Leader in the Schulergänzende Betreuung Hegifeld. From 1 December 2026, fixed-term until 31 July 2027, you will lead a child group Cycle 2 during 39 school weeks, five days per week.

Your tasks

• Independent leadership of a school children group within the childcare facility
• Guiding and leading two to three employees
• Implementation of pedagogical everyday activities for the child group, including prevention and early detection work
• Collaborating with parents, the school, and specialists
• Organizational and administrative support for the childcare management

Your profile

• Completed training as a Sozialpädagog:in or Fachperson Betreuung EFZ
• Professional experience in the care of kindergarten and compulsory school-aged children
• Ability to reflect on your own way of working
• Resilient, proactive, and team-oriented personality
• Enjoyment in interacting with people from different cultures
