To ensure the reception of visitors within an important industry in the Canton of Fribourg on Friday afternoons, we are looking for:

a person (M/F) - Bilingual F/M - available at 20%.

• Friday afternoons (12h-17h or 12h30-17h or max 13h-17h) = visitor reception and various tasks related to the position
• The other half-day will be dedicated to administrative work, either Tuesday afternoons or Friday/Saturday mornings (to be defined according to your needs)

Profile sought
-----------------

• Proficient in French and German in order to be able to converse with visitors and by telephone
• Multitasking
• Smiling and personable but also knowing how to be a good gatekeeper and ensure entry control.
• Stress resistance (if a truck arrives at the same time as 2 calls and 3 visitors)
