Accounts Payable Controller (M/F)

We are looking on behalf of our client for an Accounts Payable Controller (M/F) to strengthen an accounting team as part of a temporary mission.

Responsibilities

Process invoices related to small orders, in compliance with internal rules and procedures.

Perform the scanning and verification of invoices.

Handle reminders and follow-ups with suppliers regarding invoices or tickets that do not contain the necessary references.

Communicate with internal users and suppliers to ensure efficient processing of requests.

Collaborate with the accounting team and contribute to the smooth running of the supplier process.

Profile

Mandatory experience in accounts payable.

Knowledge of general accounting is an asset.

Training type BTS, Licence/Bachelor or Master in accounting, management or similar field.

French: advanced level, both written and spoken.

English: intermediate level, both written and spoken.

Rigor, organization and attention to detail.

Team spirit, autonomy and proactive attitude.

Ability to work in a structured and international environment.
