Team Leader Accounting and Human Resources (50-80%)

The Leucom Gruppe is a regional, family-run company with around 85 employees and has been active in the multimedia and ICT industry for more than 60 years.
Our core business consists of our internet, TV, and telephony services, as well as the associated construction and operation of fiber optic infrastructure. We provide personal advice and expert service for our customers. In our shop in Frauenfeld, we additionally offer a modern range of multimedia products. And we supply our business customers with individual and professional telecommunications and IT solutions.

Your tasks:
In your role, you are responsible for error-free and clear general accounting including the associated processes, from monthly payroll to the annual audit.
Your main tasks include:

• Management of 2 employees, as well as interfaces to other departments
• Management of the general accounting of 2 SMEs including annual financial statements
• Responsible for accounts payable management
• Responsible for payroll, as well as a supporting function in human resources management
• Preparation of VAT and social security statements

Your profile:

• Higher education in finance and human resources, e.g., federal diploma in finance and accounting, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of accounting/human resources, ideally in an SME and with initial leadership experience
• Independent and careful way of working
• IT affinity, experience with Infoniqa/Sage (accounting and payroll) is an advantage
