HR Clerk

Job Description
HR administration along the employee lifecycle
Changes, arrivals and departures
Contract and document management
Payroll preparation for external payroll
Maintenance of HR and time tracking data
Simple evaluations
Support with simple employee and management questions

Desired Profile
Experience in HR administration and payroll preparation
Experience with changes, arrivals and departures as well as HR master data maintenance
Careful, structured and reliable way of working
Experience with social insurance systems
System affinity, ideally experience with time tracking systems
Willingness to work regularly on-site in Brienz
Very good German skills
Operative hands-on mentality

Advantageous
Experience in an SME, industrial, construction, production, logistics or technical service environment
Experience in interaction with external payroll
Experience with TimeTrack or comparable time tracking systems
Basic knowledge of labor law for standard cases
