YOUR MISSION ###

• You analyze the needs of the Medical Service and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and value creation through new technologies.
• As a true business partner, you act as the link between users, the Technology & Data Analytics teams, and other stakeholders in order to transform ideas into concrete solutions.
• You contribute to the development and implementation of innovative projects around artificial intelligence, process automation, and the digitalization of activities.
• You lead the analyses, workshops, feasibility studies, tests, and validations necessary for the integration of new solutions into our business processes.
• The exploitation of data is an integral part of your activity in order to produce indicators, analyses, and recommendations to inform decisions.
• Thanks to your ability to synthesize and your excellent communication skills, you prepare and present recommendations for management and support change among users.

Your qualities ####

• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role allowing you to move easily in transformation environments.
• A strong spirit of analysis, synthesis, and conceptualization, combined with a solution-oriented approach.
• A marked interest in new technologies and the ability to integrate innovative solutions, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence and process automation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills promoting listening, collaboration, and the buy-in of different stakeholders.
• A real taste for teamwork, complemented by versatility, autonomy, and a strong capacity for adaptation.

Your education ####

• HES Bachelor in business information technology, business administration, engineering, or training deemed equivalent.
• Mastery of analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
