Your tasks
Support of our clinical information system application KISIM
Ensuring internal support as well as on-call service and maintenance work
Specification of technical requirements in cooperation with the specialist departments and suppliers
Project participation and management of sub-projects
Conducting employee training
Creating and maintaining documentation

Your profile
IT-affine person from the healthcare sector with professional experience in an acute care hospital or completed training as an Informatiker EFZ with experience in application support
Practical experience with a clinical information system, ideally with «KISIM» an advantage
High sense of responsibility, good analytical skills as well as openness to new technologies
Good communication skills (German at native speaker level, oral and written) as well as a strong customer and service orientation
