Welcome to the world of Garage Cafe Bar & more
The car garage first opened its doors in the 40s and in August 2021 it did so anew. In our establishment, we serve sustainable & many regional products in an urban industrial atmosphere. In addition, our own beer is brewed in the cellar and in our delicatessen shop, we offer many specialties for purchase. Next door, Livia creates true floral works of art for our customers every day. In the meantime, we have established ourselves as a fixed and important part of the gastronomy in Seeland. Let us write another exciting chapter together.

You are…

… a trained Restaurant Specialist EBA/EFZ and love direct contact with guests.
… a host with an overview, leadership qualities and natural authority in service.
… calm, solution-oriented and confident – even when it gets busy or something unplanned happens.
… a team player with clear communication, reliability and a hands-on mentality.
… flexibly deployable and ready to take on early, late and weekend shifts.
… motivated to take on responsibility and actively contribute to the operation.
… someone who not only knows but lives quality, cleanliness and professionalism.

You can…

… look after guests competently, warmly and independently – from the apéro to the last coffee.
… plan and coordinate service processes and maintain an overview of the entire service.
… lead, instruct the service team and function as the on-site contact person in the absence of the Chef de Service.
… reliably take orders, serve drinks professionally and process billing correctly.
… explain wine, drink and food menus and make recommendations with stylistic confidence.
… take responsibility for order, hygiene and a smooth process in service.
… express yourself clearly, friendly and confidently in German (other languages are an advantage).
