GROSLIMOND AVOCATS IS LOOKING FOR A LAWYER AT 80–100 % IN VEVEY

As part of a replacement related to maternity leave, Groslimond Avocats is looking for a lawyer holding a Swiss patent to join its team in Vevey.

The start date is planned immediately or to be agreed upon and can occur quickly, ideally before 1 December 2026, to allow for a good handover of files.

The position is initially offered for a fixed term, until 30 September 2027. However, we are open to the possibility of continuing the collaboration beyond this deadline. A longer-term collaboration within the Firm may thus be considered depending on mutual wishes and the evolution of activity.

The position

You will join a human-sized firm and will progressively take over a varied portfolio of files.

Depending on your experience, you may work autonomously or benefit from closer support during your induction. Exchanges between lawyers and the discussion of files are an integral part of our way of working.

Your activity will be mainly oriented towards litigation and advisory, particularly in the following areas:

– family law ;
– labor law ;
– social insurance ;
– civil liability and insurance law ;
– administrative law ;
– criminal law.

You will notably be required to manage files and client relationships, draft pleadings and legal opinions, conduct research, and represent clients before judicial and administrative authorities.

Your profile

You hold a Swiss lawyer patent and wish to practice or continue your practice of the bar in an environment offering diversified activity.

Applications from recently patented lawyers are welcome, as are those from people who already have several years of experience.

Previous experience in one or more of the areas practiced by the Firm is an asset, but not indispensable. We primarily place importance on your interest in the practice of the bar, your capacity to learn, and your desire to invest yourself in the files entrusted to you.

Excellent command of French is indispensable. A good command of English constitutes an appreciated asset.

Beyond legal skills, we attach particular importance to human qualities. We are looking for a reliable, pleasant, and collaborative person who appreciates exchanges and working within a small team.
