What you achieve ##

• You actively support the field service in the entire sales process and thus contribute to the common success
• As a central contact person, you answer technical and specialist questions in the areas of non-life private customers, non-life corporate customers, individual life, accident, health, and BVG
• You look after our private and corporate customers by telephone, in writing, and in person with great competence and commitment
• With a sense for individual needs, you develop tailor-made concepts and solutions
• Together with the team, you actively help shape market processing and sales promotion
• You accompany our apprentices in their everyday professional life and specifically promote their technical and personal development

What you bring ##

• Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience at an all-sector insurer
• Good knowledge of the corporate customer business is an advantage
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a strong service orientation
• Sales-oriented thinking as well as enthusiasm for the development of individual customer solutions
• Efficient, solution-oriented cooperation with the field service and the relevant specialist departments
