Order Processing Clerk 60-80% (f/m/d)

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Processing and shipping of machine and spare part orders worldwide
• Configuring machines with the help of a product configurator in the ERP system
• Creating the necessary production orders for machine orders and assemblies
• Internal coordination with various departments (Sales, Design, Production Planning, Purchasing, Assembly, Forwarding)
• Deadline monitoring of customer orders
• Creating shipping documents in export software «ExpoWin», and providing the necessary origin calculations in accordance with various free trade agreements
• Preparation of offers for standard products
• Support of customer service and assistance in organizing service assignments
• Support in the organization of trade fairs: shipping logistics, trade fair documents, Carnet ATA
• Maintaining contacts with customers and representatives throughout the entire order processing process

Your profile:

• Technical flair, ideally due to technical training or further education in the MEM industry
• A commercial training and further education with a specialization in foreign trade
• Experience in order processing of a manufacturing company (preferably machine industry)
• Knowledge in shipping logistics, tariff classification, free trade agreements, preferential/non-preferential origin of goods, and export control
• Good ERP knowledge, ideally with SAP B1 and IFAS X5, as well as proficient use of MS Office tools
• Very good German and English skills. Any further language is an advantage.
