Job description ##

• Carry out artisanal production and continuous bread baking throughout the day in an open space on the market sales floor; ensure the supply of the sales shelf through production adapted to forecasts and according to customer flow (presentation, filling, cleaning),
• Guarantee a warm welcome to our customers and develop contact with the clientele; respond to the needs of the customer and provide professional advice to the clientele,
• Daily control the quality and freshness of the products, the sales and consumption dates and the HACCP standards (cold chain, DLV, freshness, hygiene, cleanliness); manage waste.

We expect ##

• Holder of a CFC or a CAP in baking and the benefit of experience in artisanal or industrial bakery, you are a true professional in all aspects of your trade.

Fast and precise, you know how to effectively organize your tasks and manage priorities in your work. Furthermore, you master the manufacturing process as a whole, including kneading, shaping as well as baking.

• You are comfortable in contact and advice for professional and private customers.
• Enjoying teamwork, you actively participate in a supportive atmosphere. You are flexible regarding working hours (at night from 4h00 or during the day depending on the weeks).
• Your sense of customer contact allows you to respond effectively to requests and to be constantly at the service of the customer.
• You are open to multi-activity in another sector of our company at a given percentage
