• Legal knowledge in the field of social insurance is an advantage
• Joy and skill in dealing with specialists, service providers and authorities
• Negotiation skills and proficiency in oral and written expression
• Client- and service-oriented attitude as well as persuasiveness
• Good IT skills (Word, Excel, KLIB)
• Strong personality with the necessary life experience and social competence
• Empathy, resilience, flexibility, networked and solution-oriented thinking
• Driver's license Cat. B, own vehicle available
