Your responsibilities

Within a small, dynamic team, you will hold a versatile position where no two days are alike.

• Ensure self-service, in VIP lounges and during events (cocktails, events, receptions).
• Participate in the setup of buffets, display cases and dining areas.
• Perform cash collection
• Support the manager and the kitchen team (cold preparations, dishwashing, daily organization).
• Ensure service quality, compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP) and the proper functioning of the operation.

Your profile

• Diploma in hotel-catering management or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in plate service.
• Versatile, dynamic and enjoying teamwork.
• Sense of service, excellent presentation and autonomy.
• Desire to invest yourself long-term in a team where mutual aid is an essential value.
• Driver's license mandatory for small deliveries
• We offer you an 80% from Monday to Friday
