A socioprofessional instructor in graphic design

Within the graphic design, multimedia and editorial sector team, you will collaborate with the other workshops of the Pôle in order to meet the communication mission, by supporting employees with disabilities in the production of communication materials and the fulfillment of external orders (Journal, Annual Report, social media publications, brochures, flyers, posters, signage, website, etc).

You will be notably responsible for:

• the smooth running of the workshop activities and the proper management of projects
• the monitoring of client orders, ensuring they are completed on time and with the required quality
• the creation of content by and for people with disabilities
• the integration and training of interns and apprentices benefiting from an Invalidity Insurance (AI) measure as well as employees in adapted employment
• providing theoretical and practical courses to the workshop beneficiaries
• Holding a CFC in graphic design, mediamatician or an equivalent title
• Edupro trainer certificate or the willingness to train
• A strong interest or experience in the social, cultural and disability sector
• Experience in training apprentices desired
• Proven writing skills
• Knowledge in journalism or digital communication, an asset
• Skills in photography and video, an asset
• A sense of responsibility and an ability to work autonomously
• Mastery of IT tools and new technologies related to the activity (Adobe Suite, WordPress, Microsoft Office)
• Swiss nationality or a valid permit

The Fondation Clair Bois is a private organization benefiting from a service contract with the State of Geneva.
