L-Institut Paul Scherrer PSI is the largest research institute in natural sciences and engineering in Switzerland. In our Nanolino nursery, we offer four mixed-age groups as well as after-school care. Your tasks

• As a replacement, you accompany children in different groups and thus obtain a versatile and varied overview of the daily life of the nursery in our mixed-age care
• Through your respectful and attentive attitude, you contribute to high-quality education, supervision, and training, adapted to the individual needs of the children
• You support children in an age-appropriate manner and integrate their interests and strengths into the organization of daily life
• You use our varied learning and play environments to offer children diversified experiences and development possibilities
• Through targeted observations, you document the educational and developmental processes of the children and contribute to the creation of their portfolios
• Trustful and professional collaboration with parents as well as with the entire nursery team completes your varied field of responsibility

Your profile

• Completed training as a childcare professional or equivalent pedagogical qualification
• Joy of discovering different groups of children and of integrating flexibly into various team situations
• Motivated, autonomous, and resilient personality with a basic positive attitude
• Nature-oriented and open attitude as well as enthusiasm for accompanying and supporting children
• Interest in bringing and developing your professional knowledge within a committed and professional team
• Great flexibility and enjoyment of a varied professional daily life
