Receptionist

For a client location in Zürich, we are looking for an engaged and motivated personality for a period of 6 months with the option to extend, starting by agreement.

What you can achieve with us.

In this role, you are the face of the company and ensure a pleasant atmosphere. The following tasks are part of your area of activity:

• Competent and friendly customer reception
• Accompanying customers to the meeting rooms
• Fast and reliable receipt and forwarding of telephone calls
• Beverage service including preparation and cleanup
• Management of the meeting rooms
• Equipment management
• Dishwashing, polishing glasses, mise-en-place preparations and general kitchen work
• Further administrative tasks

What defines you.

• You are a service provider out of inner conviction.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience at a reception in a similar position
• Training in gastronomy/hotel management or similar
• You possess very good PC and MS Office user skills.
• German is your native language and you additionally possess good English skills in speaking and writing
• You work independently and proactively.
• You convince through a sympathetic and warm appearance.
• You are a resilient and flexible personality who enjoys administrative tasks
