Krebsliga Schweiz, based in Bern, is the umbrella organization of the 18 cantonal and regional Krebsligen. For over 110 years, we have been committed to those affected by cancer and their environment. We advocate for a world in which fewer people fall ill to cancer. Our main tasks include counseling, support, and information. We are active in cancer prevention and early detection and offer training and further education for professionals. Krebsliga Schweiz is based in Bern and is largely financed through donations. Our marketing team contributes significantly to making our mission visible, inspiring people for our causes, and building sustainable partnerships. As of 01. January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for a Marketing Employee with a workload of 70% who enriches our team with drive, genuine curiosity, and a portion of creativity. What you will achieve with us: * You plan and implement marketing measures for our offers across all channels and ensure consistent communication. * You coordinate cooperation with internal teams and manage individual projects purposefully and on schedule. * You are responsible for the implementation of marketing measures as well as the target-oriented preparation of content -- including language-regional adaptations. * You are responsible for the marketing material assortment -- from needs assessment and conception to purchasing and production, through to availability, inventory management, and distribution. * You ensure compliance with quality, brand, cost, and sustainability requirements and coordinate corresponding production and approval processes. * You analyze the impact of the implemented measures, gather experiences and feedback, and derive optimizations for future campaigns and activities from them. This is how you will be a perfect match for us: You have completed commercial training (EFZ) or a comparable qualification. You already bring some marketing experience and either already have further training in marketing in your pocket -- or you are ready to start. You definitely want to build up solid know-how in this area and really get going. You are open, flexible, and skillful in handling numbers. In addition, you are an organizational talent and a team player. Very good German skills round off your profile. As an advantage, you can also communicate in French and English.
