As Incoming Mail File Manager for a temporary mission of 3 months in a public institution.

Your mission :

• Reception, opening, sorting and filing of national and international mail.

Processing of sensitive mail, registered mail and specific shipments.

• Digitization of documents and quality control.
• Processing and verification of life certificates of insured persons.
• Correction of anomalies and monitoring of production statistics.
• Updating of regulatory knowledge and monitoring of training.
