Call Center Agent - Customer Advisor 80 - 100%
immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks:
Conducting and logging incoming telephone calls in the technical and administrative area
Consulting and sales on a dedicated inbound sales hotline
Customer-oriented, friendly product and service consulting
Your profile:
Good PC skills, advanced IT user knowledge
Good understanding of telecommunications and good communication
Affinity for sales and consulting
Eloquent, motivated, technically savvy, flexible and reliable
Availability at 100% during the 4-week training period
Willingness to work shifts Mon-Fri between 07:30-17:30
The framework conditions for the part-time employees (with 80-100% workload) remain the same: 5 days per week, working days: Monday – Friday
fluent Swiss German and English or German and Austrian/Italian with CH-understanding
