Do you love numbers, understand complex data streams, and enjoy acting as a strategic sparring partner for management? For our client, an international industrial company, we are looking for reinforcement for the controlling team.

Location: Lupfig, Aargau

Your tasks

• Business Partnering: Advising management as well as operational units on financial and strategic issues.
• Operational Controlling: Co-shaping budgeting, forecast, and reporting processes (Tagetik).
• SAP & Systems: Support and further development of the SAP-CO (S/4HANA) module as a key user.
• Analyses & Transparency: Monitoring of margins, cost centers, and profitabilities (CO-PA) as well as performing ad-hoc analyses.
• Process Optimization: Active collaboration in the digitalization and efficiency increase of finance processes and Internal Control Systems (IKS).

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• Education: Degree (FH/Uni) with a focus on controlling/finance or further training as a specialist in finance and accounting / CAS.
• Experience: Sound practical experience in controlling, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• IT Skills: Proven experience with SAP FI/CO (S/4HANA an advantage) and high affinity for modern data/tools.
• Personality: Strong analytical thinking skills, pragmatic problem-solving competence, and initiative.
• Languages: German as well as good English skills.
