Exciting tasks

• Entry of accounts receivable/accounts payable-suppliers/general accounting - payments-
• Management of order blocks/unblocks according to internal rules- * Collection and monitoring of litigation-
• Active participation in monthly closings and annual closing- * Customer statistics-
• Invoicing
• Administrative management of working time (Mobatime)-
• Various correspondence-
• Filing and archiving

The profile sought

• CFC as a commercial employee, certificate or additional training in accounting, or training deemed equivalent
• Proficiency with IT tools (ERP, Excel, etc.)
• Comfortable with administrative work
• Perfect command of French
• Good knowledge of German (B2) or Swiss German
• Sense of organization and autonomy
• Team spirit and flexibility
