We run a mixed-age basic level with day structures. The target group is children with severe language and/or behavioral impairments from kindergarten age to 2nd grade. The primary goal of our work is to reintegrate the child into their original environment through limited special education. In cooperation with the parents, the various specialist areas (school, social pedagogy, therapy) support each other in this task.

Tasks

• Social pedagogical support and care of the children in everyday group life
• Planning and implementation of social pedagogical support units
• Taking over case management
• Interdisciplinary cooperation in the team (school and therapy), with parents and external systems
• Collaboration in activities and projects of the department and the institution
• Taking over domestic and organizational activities

Requirements

• Completed social pedagogical training
• Professional experience in social pedagogical work with children of basic level age (Cycle 1)
• Structured, reflective way of working
• Team spirit, empathy and communicative strength
• Calmness and clarity, even when things become turbulent

Note on the workload

During the school weeks, the workload corresponds to 100% (5-day week). The advance time is compensated during the school holidays.
