We are looking for the Musée d'art des Grisons at the Office de la culture, starting from 1er janvier 2027 or by agreement, an hourly-paid cashier/surveillance manager.

Your area of responsibility

• Lead the cashier and surveillance team composed of 23 employees
• Personnel planning and control of clock-ins
• Organization and conduct of team meetings
• Personnel planning and security management during exceptional museum openings
• Responsibility and control function of the cashier system
• Preparation of statistics
• Administrative tasks

What we expect from you

• Completed commercial training or equivalent with professional experience
• Flexibility as well as an autonomous, service- and solution-oriented way of working
• Guaranteed presence and a pleasant and friendly attitude
• Impeccable expression in German
• Knowledge of foreign languages desired: English, Romansh and Italian
• Interest in art and culture
