Job description:

For our client in the north vaudois, we are looking for someone at 80%, capable of managing the entire recruitment process and maintaining a relationship of trust with candidates.

Your missions:

• Analyze the needs of different departments and define the sought-after profiles
• Write and publish advertisements on suitable recruitment channels
• Search for and pre-select candidates
• Propose profiles and coordinate interviews
• Ensure candidate follow-up throughout the process
• Maintain the candidate database and administrative files

Job requirement:

Your profile:

• Commercial or HR training (CFC as a commercial employee, HR manager certificate or equivalent)
• Degree accepted, initial experience in recruitment or HR is a plus
• Interpersonal ease and good listening skills
• You are benevolent, open-minded, flexible with a good ability to work within a team
• Sense of organization and discretion
• Mastery of IT tools
