Your tasks:

• You contribute significantly to the well-being of the Jesuits, guests, and employees and support smooth operational processes.
• You ensure professional, hygienic, and customer-oriented execution of all housekeeping services.
• You work interdisciplinary with the Jesuits, the kitchen, room cleaning, and administration.
• You lead your team in a people-oriented and appreciative manner.
• You are jointly responsible for the hiring and induction of new employees.
• You coordinate and organize the responsibilities of the cook.
• You coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of the Jesuit rooms and guest rooms, common rooms, and sanitary facilities.
• You take over the deputy role in the areas of cleaning, laundry, and kitchen.

What we wish for from you:

• You have proven ability as an experienced Housekeeping Specialist EFZ
• You possess a sense of responsibility, are resilient, motivated, and a committed personality

You have communication skills and social competence

• You have good IT user skills as well as very good German skills (B2)
• It is an advantage if you have experience in the healthcare, elderly, or nursing sector
