We are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of an educator to our socio-educational support management, the Foyer de Nyon. ES-HES certified Educator (M/F) at 70-80% The Foyer de Nyon is a structure of L'Espérance located in the town of Nyon. It welcomes 8 people with intellectual disabilities, with varied profiles, with a good degree of autonomy. Relying on the concepts of autonomy, self-determination and the PPH, it accompanies people in their daily lives. Mission: * Accompany in inclusive housing 8 adult persons with intellectual disabilities * Elaborate, implement and follow the life projects designed with and for the beneficiaries * Support persons in their learning and develop their integration in an ordinary environment. * Collaborate with the various internal and external partners of the Institution, develop your network * Conduct interviews and participate in network work * Participate in the organizational and budgetary management of the home * Collaborate closely with your 4 colleagues in order to ensure a secure framework for the beneficiaries. Profile: * The knowledge from your training in HES or ES social work, validated by SEFRI for foreign diplomas * Your significant experience in socio-educational work in the field of intellectual disability * Your ability to work alone and to bring your personal touch to the support, within a team coherence * Your sense of responsibility and respect for others * Your ability to communicate in an open and constructive manner, even in moments of tension * Ease in using standard IT tools * A driver's license indispensable to use the institutional car * Your humor and your enthusiasm to work in a small team of 5 people * Your creativity to elaborate and develop tools promoting the autonomy of the beneficiaries.
