The program is taught in English and includes four main modules. Subjects to support Module 1 -- Transformation of the hotel industry Leadership and professional development Hotel economics and new economic models Strategic digital marketing and sales Design Thinking and applied research methodology Module 2 -- Operations management Hotel financial analysis Revenue Management and demand management Management of complex organizations and digitalization Module 3 -- Financial performance Evaluation and performance of hotel establishments Hotel Asset Management and contractual negotiation Data analysis and decision making Sustainable development in hospitality and tourism Module 4 -- Strategic management Corporate finance and value creation Corporate strategy and risk management Change management and innovation Methodological support for an applied research project Profile sought Holder of a Master's degree or student at the end of a Master's in finance, economics, management, business administration or hospitality management. Excellent knowledge in financial analysis, corporate finance and strategy mastery of Excel, data analysis and management tools. Excellent level of English, both oral and written. Ability to explain complex notions clearly and to support a student in a structured manner pedagogy, patience, rigor and availability. Training or experience in the hotel sector is an asset. Applications from students or graduates of EHL, HEC Lausanne or equivalent establishments are particularly welcome.
