Social Pedagogue for Individual Offers, 50-60%

Over time, our institution has developed into a modern center for special education, which covers today's needs in the special and social pedagogical field with a diverse range of offers. Around 240 people work in the areas of special school, boarding school, therapy, integrative special pedagogical measures, services, and administration.

In the day special school area, we run an individual offer for six students of all ages in the Olten area on behalf of the Volkschulamt.

For our small class Schulinsel Fuxbau (individual offer) in Ifenthal, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a

dipl. Social Pedagogue for individual offers, 50-60% (fixed-term employment until 31.07.2027) ##

• Care & Support: You accompany our children and adolescents in everyday life, predominantly in an individual setting (1:1) - both in the school building and during outdoor activities in nature.
• Teamwork & Promotion: You work closely with our school team and support the development of the students' self-competence and social competence.
• Action-oriented Everyday Life: You contribute to ensuring that students experience their self-efficacy and that the foundation for school learning is created in the small group.
• Nature & Experiential Pedagogy: Together with the team, you meaningfully link nature and experiential pedagogy with school content.

• Specialist Knowledge & Further Training: Ideally, you have experience in school operations, in working with children on the autism spectrum and/or attachment-oriented pedagogy.
