What awaits you

• Advising the benefits team and case management on specialized medical questions
• Assessment and analysis of existing medical documents regarding capacity to work and therapy concepts
• Writing medical statements as a basis for benefit decisions
• Participating in complex case assessments in the area of sickness daily allowance
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with benefits management, case management, and other specialists

What you bring

• University studies with a Swiss federal diploma as a physician with specialization in rheumatology or internal medicine
• At least 5 years of professional experience and demonstrable knowledge of insurance medicine
• High level of independence, good analytical skills, and strong social competence
• Proficient German, as well as French language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in Worblaufen for a few hours every 2nd week (weekdays TU and TH alternating)
