The Clinica Hildebrand – Centro di riabilitazione Brissago has 120 beds, operates according to the performance mandates assigned by the Cantons of Ticino and Grigioni in the field of rehabilitation, and is a member of REHA TICINO and the Association of the most advanced clinics for rehabilitation in Switzerland (SW!SS REHA). In addition to the main site in Brissago, the Clinic is also present in the territory with the Centro Ambulatoriale di Lugano and at the Residenza alle Betulle in Cevio.

To complete the team, we are looking for, starting from October 2026 or a date to be agreed upon

Domestic Economy Employee (80%)
with a fixed-term contract until 31.10.2027.

Task:
The hotel service has the task of organizing, coordinating, and optimizing the hotel services of the Clinic. In particular, the domestic economy service team guarantees the cleanliness, hygiene, and decorum of the inpatient environments and common areas, in compliance with current hygienic-sanitary standards and in close collaboration with the other services of the Clinic.

We require:

• Diploma as a Domestic Economy Employee AFC or equivalent qualification;
• Ability to work independently and aptitude for teamwork;
• Precision, reliability, and organizational skills;
• Relational and communication skills;
• Availability for shift work (including weekends);
• Dynamism and flexibility;
• Good command of the Italian language; knowledge of German and/or French is a preferential qualification.
