Working with heart? Then we are looking for exactly you! ? Childcare Specialist EFZ (FaBe) - After-school Care, 60 - 87.5 % Start immediately or by agreement. You accompany children with a lot of heart, meet them at eye level, and want to give them a place where they feel comfortable, secure, and welcome? You enjoy supporting kindergarten and school children in their development, laughing with them, discovering new things, and lovingly shaping their everyday life? Then we look forward to meeting you! To strengthen our team, we are looking for a warm, creative, and committed Childcare Specialist EFZ who shares our joy in working with children and enriches our team with their personality. ? Your task - Accompanying and strengthening children in everyday life. Together with our team, you shape a varied and loving after-school everyday life in which every child feels seen and taken seriously.

You accompany kindergarten and school children attentively and lovingly and support them in discovering their world curiously.
You plan and design creative, age-appropriate activities where play, fun, and shared experiences are the focus.
You contribute your own ideas and actively and independently help shape the after-school everyday life.
You create a familiar atmosphere in which the children feel secure and can develop their personality.
You take responsibility for the after-school group together with the team and commit to loving and professional care.
You maintain an open, trusting, and partnership-based exchange with the parents.
If you enjoy it, you accompany and support a learner on their training path.
? What you bring with you. You are a person who inspires children with your warm manner and meets them with patience, understanding, and appreciation. Additionally, you bring the following:

A completed training as Fachfrau or Fachmann Betreuung Kinder EFZ or an equivalently recognized training
Joy and enthusiasm for accompanying kindergarten and school children
A creative, flexible, and resilient personality
Independence, sense of responsibility, and initiative
Empathy and a loving, respectful interaction with children
Joy in working in a team and in open communication with parents
