For our client, a regionally anchored hospital with 2 locations in the beautiful Emmental, we are looking for Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen who are interested in performing temporary assignments. Our client currently has a need for support in the specialist disciplines of Internal Medicine, interdisciplinary Surgery and Gynecology / Urology

Requirement profile ##

• Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition must be present
• Ability to quickly integrate into new teams and working environments
• Teamwork skills as well as a supportive and proactive way of working
• Willingness to pitch in where support is needed
• Good organizational skills and the ability to set priorities correctly
• Friendly, respectful and professional interaction with patients, relatives as well as interdisciplinary services

Tasks ##

• You care for and accompany patients in the specialist departments and ensure that the nursing process is adhered to
• You document your nursing and the resulting outcomes
• You carry out medical-technical procedures and carry out therapies according to prescription
• You work interdisciplinary and see yourself as support where it is urgent
