The Evangelisch-reformierte Kirchgemeinde Köniz comprises five church districts, has around 14‘000 church members, receives support from numerous volunteers, and employs approximately 100 part-time and full-time employees. The central parish administration is located in modernly furnished premises in Liebefeld (Köniz). It is managed under the executive management model and includes the departments of Finance, Infrastructure, Personnel, and Central Services. Head of Infrastructure Department (60 – 80 %)

Your tasks

You ensure the maintenance, preservation of value, and further development of the parish's own properties. You lead the operational staff in a technical sense, are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the Infrastructure Commission meetings, and develop the budget and investment program. You prepare reports and applications, accompany projects and tender procedures, process building applications, organize execution work, and prepare credit statements. In short: You make significant contributions to the successful management of the buildings and facilities of the parish.

Your profile

You possess knowledge from a building administration or bring proof of training/further education from the construction and real estate environment. Your proven know-how enables you to represent your department competently. Your organizational and leadership talent, your independent and cooperative way of working, and your flair for economic and ecological issues distinguish you as much as your negotiating skills, your assertiveness, and your knowledge in project/contract management.
