Scheduler / Stock Manager in Watchmaking (M/F)

Your mission:

• Ensure the preparation and launch of production orders in all workshops in close coordination with planning.
• Ensure the update of the information system in accordance with production activities.
• Perform picking operations and stock management.
• Receipt and stocking of components.
• Processing of reservations within the prescribed deadlines.
• Guarantee the organization and good management of stocks.
• Guarantee the reliability and execution of inventories.
• Guarantee the handling and preservation of components in accordance with current quality standards.
• Participate in the preparation and launch of production orders in all workshops in support of the scheduling team

Required technical skills:

• Professional practice of establishing and/or monitoring stock management rules.
• Mastery of packaging and conditioning techniques.
• Manual dexterity: experience required in handling small components
• Ability to use dynamic storage equipment.
• Knowledge of regulations on the storage of specific products (flammable, toxic, etc.).
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) + MS Office.
• Team spirit, rigor, precision, reactivity, customer orientation and proactive approach.

Your profile:

• CFC in Logistics or an equivalent title.
• 3 years of experience in scheduling
