We are looking for a motivated personality as a Fiduciary Administrator (40–60%, hourly rate, option for permanent employment) with flexibly divisible working hours, effective immediately.

Fiduciary Administrator (m/f/d) 40%-100% at an hourly rate (annual working hours)

Your tasks
Maintaining financial and payroll accounts
Preparing annual financial statements and tax returns (natural and legal persons)
Support with tax and fiduciary questions
Processing VAT returns
Administrative work related to fiduciary mandates
Participation in the expansion of customer relationships

Your profile
Commercial qualification and professional experience in the fiduciary sector
High quality standards and a structured way of working
Clear written and oral expression in German
Responsible, proactive and independent
Confident handling of tools such as Bexio, Infoniqa etc.
